If you route the swap via DEX, it is almost instant (less than 1 min)
If you route the swap via CEX, it usually takes up to 5-10 mins. and some times even more based on the chain, swap pair and network congestion. You can see the "Estimated time" on the app for the selected combination.
It is recommended to wait up to 30 mins at least (where estimated time is shown less than 30 mins.), before raising a ticket.
