If you route the swap via DEX, it is almost instant (less than 1 min)
If you route the swap via CEX, it usually takes up to 5-10 mins. and some times even more based on the network congestion.
You can see the "Estimated time" on the app for the selected combination.
It is recommended to wait upto 30 mins atleast (where estimated time is shown less than 30 mins.), before raising a ticket.
