Each of the menu has a different purpose to improve the user experience. Below should be helpful to understand better, when to use which menu:
Swap: You can swap with-in same network. (From & To networks are same, From & To tokens are different). It supports all operation like Cross-Chain Swap & Bridge too.
Cross-Chain: Helps to see only tokens supported for cross-chain swap between 2 different networks. (From & To networks are different, From & To tokens are different too, From address & To address may/may not be same)
Bridge: Helps to see only tokens supported for bridge between 2 different networks.(From & To networks are different, From & To tokens are same, From address & To address may/may not be same)
