Next time please choose “aggressive gas fee” option while approving the swap in your wallet to void such issues
Check if you have pending transactions in your wallet. It is likely that your queued transactions are still in your local mempool and have not yet been broadcasted to the blockchain. A simple fix to this is to lock and unlock your wallet. If you are using an EVM wallet like Metamask, read this guide for more information. If this doesn’t help consider uninstall & re-install the wallet. Ensure you have the seed phrase handy before you uninstall.
