Error ‘Deposit/Withdrawal suspended, try later error’ when I try a swap

If you see error “Deposit/Withdrawal suspended”, your swap is being routed by a Centralized Exchange partner and that particular exchange has temporarily suspended deposits/withdrawals for one of the tokens in your swap pair and thus RocketX is unable to perform that particular swap.  Hera are some things you can do:

  • Try another swap combination - you might have to go through two or more steps but this is one way of ensuring you get your favorite tokens sooner rather than later

  • Wait! It’s likely that particular exchange will restore deposits soon so you can try again after 20 minutes or so
