I see a blank screen when loading the RocketX app on my browser. What’s wrong?

If the app is not loading and all you see is a blank screen, it is likely that you are being rate-limited  (due to security reasons) as you’ve sent/received too many requests. Here are some things you can do:

  • Change your Internet ( Wifi to Mobile Data or vice versa / reset your modem) so that it resets

  • Wait for 20 - 30 minutes and try to access the app again

   If none of the above work, please consider raising a ticket with the RocketX support team here.
